Acne Product Overload: Help, which acne products should I use? Hello,I am a 35 year old who is plagued by Acne. I have tried everything from OTC products, nothing worked. Pro-Active did not work, Retin A, St.Ives Apricot Scrub, etc. I have dark spots and constant new erupting pimples (Cystic Acne) with pores you can see from Mars! I don't know which way to turn, should I try Murad? Should I try something in Sulfur based? Glycolic or Benzol Peroxide or do I dare invest into something expensive like NV Perricone, etc? Sometimes expensive isn't always better. What do you recommend? Which direction is most credible with fairly decent results? Thanks everyone for your help. Signed....desperate to end the acne madness!

Finally she went to a dermatologist and she has smooth skin and she even goes without makeup sometimes. I would recommend you go to a professional before you mess up your skin permanently. Good Luck
